Introduction:
By booking and participating in a trek organized by Choose Himalayas, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

1. Booking and Payment: • Full payment is required to secure a booking. Payments can be made online or via bank transfer.
   • All prices quoted are in INR and include taxes where applicable.
2. Health and Fitness: • Participants must ensure that they are medically and physically fit for the trek. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, you must inform us prior to booking.
   • Choose Himalayas reserves the right to reject participants deemed unfit for a particular trek, with no obligation to refund.
3. Changes to the Itinerary: • The trek itinerary is subject to change due to weather, terrain, or safety reasons. We will make every effort to stick to the plan but cannot guarantee that all destinations or trails will be covered.
   • In the event of route or schedule modifications, participants will be notified, and reasonable alternatives will be offered.
4. Equipment and Personal Responsibility: • Participants are responsible for bringing adequate clothing and gear suited to the trek and weather conditions. Choose Himalayas will provide basic trekking gear where necessary (tents, sleeping bags, etc.).
   • Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. Choose Himalayas is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.
5. Liability: • Choose Himalayas is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by participants, third-party service providers, or unforeseen events during the trek.
   • Choose Himalayas shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by weather, political events, or other factors beyond our control.
6. Insurance: • Participants are required to have travel and medical insurance before embarking on the trek. Choose Himalayas does not provide insurance coverage.
7. Participant Conduct: • We expect all participants to follow the instructions of the trek leader and respect the environment, local communities, and fellow trekkers.
   • Choose Himalayas reserves the right to remove any participant from the trek for inappropriate behavior or failure to follow safety guidelines. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
8. Governing Law: • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttarakhand.

By booking a trek with Choose Himalayas, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
